2. Quotations and bookings
Quotations are valid for the period stated in the written quote. A project is considered booked once both parties agree to the scope, price and commencement date, usually confirmed by a deposit or signed agreement.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to secure materials and scheduling, with the balance payable on completion.
4. Project changes
Changes to the project scope, design or materials after work has begun may affect the final price and timeline. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
5. Site access and preparation
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for clearing obstacles unless site preparation is included in the agreed scope.
6. Warranties and guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your quotation and are subject to proper use and maintenance by the client.
7. Limitation of liability
Today Floor Stamp is not liable for delays caused by weather, site conditions beyond our reasonable control, or changes requested by the client after work has started.
8. Intellectual property
All images, text and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Today Floor Stamp and may not be reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the appropriate courts in Ghana.
